I just came across an interesting article over the web about drinking cow's milk and acne. It says that a recent study concluded, for some reason, a cow's milk MAY be linked to acne. It says that the over-production of testosterone-like hormones in your body may be triggered by it, hence, it causes your skin to break out due to creation of more oil by the skin. In addition, the iodine given to cows to prevent infections may aggravate acne once one drinks the milk. So what to do? Ask your doc if you should cut down dairy products intake along with the prescription and
