Here's another template freebie alert from none other than Scrapping With Liz. It's actually part of her Template #116-120 set that is for sale in her store. What's interesting about this template is its fade effect. According to Liz "You can either clip a paper to the background and it will fade out or you can clip a big picture to the background.".
